He would probably have slept with different woman, but not the girl who he is truly in love with bcuz he can't take that responsibility. He really treats Sango with care and love.

Also I also love that Miroku may be the "token perv" of the series but it isnt as cringey as the majority of the other "pervy best friend" characters of other series. the other series take it too far overboard where I feel secondhand harrassment from watching them while with miroku it remains as comical shenanigans in a screen.
