My Uno Flip is peeling off the sides of its cards, and small pieces of the edges are being cut off. Is this in Uno Flip that everyone has, or is the error from the paper material I have
No you can’t if you’re playing by official Uno rules. Since the draw 4 is technically more powerful than the draw 2. But, we’ve seen people play UNO in their own ways using “house rules”.

Bro +2 cards ke baad kya +4 cards diye ja sakte hai
If you're playing Classic Uno then you shouldn't stack +2 and +4 cards. But you are allowed to if playing by your own house rules.
