I used to play this cassette tape on repeat as a little girl. I had no idea what it meant, but I adored it and would listen to it every night going to bed. I haven’t listened to it for about 25-30 years and it’s still just as beautiful!

I used her sadna tape to meditate in the early morning in the Ashram of 3HO in México DF more than 35 yrs ago, and used this ones in my pregnancies, my older daughter loves this as well because she gets very tranquil just by listening, so good to know it´s good to meditate in the pregnancy as it gives good results to our beloved children.
Ain't THAT the truth. I go back...a tad over 40 years with this. How blessed we are to have the internet to reassemble this all - or most, or some - and reintegrate what we still carry inour hearts from then, into the ever-now, after tape cassettes have burnt out and CDs are not even always available or findable.

1996 sounds right. I started listening to this song around the age of 13 and ever since, have always used it to chase away bad energy. I wrote about this in another post but I will repeat it here: This song chases away all fear and darkness. It is like an opalescent crystal - full of rainbows and light. No darkness can overshadow it. And if it were my time and I were getting ready to pass over, this song would take me there with ease.

I have literally spent weeks or months of combined time listening to this in my darkroom developing film of the Images which i had found in nature that day. It added the most solemn element to my work..I miss those days very much, now with the passing of film, I no longer am required to spend such long times in the dark, which I had seen as a benefit, until I just heard this again..and I realized the sense of magic and wonder I am now missing because of the lack of that time and this music..I will not endure it's lack any longer !

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this track!!!!! I have learned to play it by ear on the piano, and I always go into a very deep calm and meditative state when I play it! Sometimes, I even have to just get off the piano and find somewhere to sit and listen to it because I get too engrossed in the music, that my hands feel heavy and floppy like when we're falling deep into meditation!!! I only wish I knew what the words meant and what they actually are instead of guessing some of them, by ear! If anyone knows, please tell me! :) love and light! :)

I found it later when my daughter was about 6 or 7, but she heard it nearly everyday for a few years. I feel it helped lay her foundation, in a way.
