The butter that we used is Tararua Butter. Butter makes a big difference. It must be a soft butter. Very Important.
You can also add more butter to your icing. Preferably first add butter and then add icing sugar and cocoa little by little to adjust sweetness. Too much icing sugar can make the icing too sweet.
