It is apparent that Obinna was a leader from a tender age but lacked proper mentorship. He was highly gifted and is resilient. It is a good thing that he can comfortably talk about his past and pain. Very few people can be candid about this. He needs to seek therapy to deal with the traumas he harbours. So far so good. He has really tried given his circumstances.
This is a male version of my story n the reason I hv bin following obinna cz I can much relate on his life story but the difference is the ho issue cm from my mum n my dad n I were the best friends but most of times he ws at work couldn't defend me ooooh wat a life.
Pole sana obinna for passing through rejection coz i also passed through it with my late mum i struggled through forgiveness but at the end i succeded. I made peace with her just a few months before she passed on.
Obinna, I affirm you and your vulnerability. Thank you for what you are doing for Kenyan men and their mental health spaces. And your encouragement to those who have been through similar childhood trauma. Thank you for being a better father to your children than what was shown to you as a child. GOD is on your side AND HE is your father. Listening to you helps me understand why GOD is showcasing you in this season of your life! Talking is part of healing. Stay well bro.
Man I feel obinna I am the first born child and the beating I got from my dad in the wrong or right made me feel like mayb I crashed he's life dreams or he hates me and since he couldn't beat my mum he took all he's frustration on me😢sai am a grown up with messed up mental issues but it's nice to know I'm not the only one with this kinds of pains😊

@Mwaf I recall you bashed some clips from LNN on toxic parents. It's real and Oga has brought it to Iko Nini. It's okay to block toxic family members. Again, people are becoming more aware and bold about what is healthy or not.
Most of us have this childhood trauma of our parents treating us like shit. Opening about it doesn’t help. Buying them houses and cars doesn’t either. Them admitting their mistake and apologizing for mistreating you is the only thing that would help. But they’ll never do that, and will carry it to their grave!

It is amazing how Obinna managed to narrate such a sad story without getting emotional.
When u are healed no moo cry🎉🎉🎉

If you really went through it, you can’t be emotional telling it. You’re drained. Emotionally
Obinna should write a book/biography about his life. He's such a good story teller and a great memory! I am enjoying this interview.

Why does God let u suffer for so long before he saves you?? Is he a narcissist..especially allowing young kids to suffer unnecessarily...
How about Obina does content in the former principal's voice? He brought it out so well.
Hope you've healed so sad and traumatizing experience you went through
I now understand why Obinna works soo hard....this guy doesn't sleep
Obinna is not good with dates but it is evident he valued his relationship with God because he can remember he was baptized 16 November 2003.
Despite what he said about his sister he really loves her. Hence the name Oga
Wow bro you deserve all the best things in life.👊🏿👊🏿
