well some chip inside the remote is changed since 2009. that`s why the go detect app had some issues in the beginning at V4.0.. "older" remotes started working with the go detect app at V4.1
Just picked up a second hand Deus and I've worked out the principle settings I n a couple of days whereas my CTX 3030 is still baffling me on some of the settings. I like the weight factor too with the Deus compared to my AT Pro's also. Cheers. By the way, I'm having problems with the link to your online store, it just keeps wanting to re-load all the time?
Surprisingly they are doing really well, he gets almost the full hunt time that you would get from a new one. I asked about that as I suspected he might be close to a battery change but all is well. NOTE: The machine does not get a flogging and Wayne takes care of his gear, so the batteries are well looked after.
