The same trajectory as Zion for the same reasons, except the latter is leagues more explosive, but without a Moses Malone to smack fried chicken out his hands.
Z gotta add range shot to his game and gotta stay on the path to getting down to 260 and learn to play through uncomfortable pain. Luka not 100% rn, he still hooping.
Zion is the poster child for bully ball. He really just be out there bullying grown men. And for whatever reason, it looks more aggressive than Giannis's bully ball.
This was the last year I was giving him a chance before calling him a bust. I absolutely love watching his game, and the way he plays is a winning type of ball for New Orleans. Still, the lack of availability was too much. Having made it through the regular season, and having it be soft tissue kind of injury makes me feel like he starting to get it figured out at least. He's only 23/24 I believe, so there's things to get excited about. Interviews and the way he carries himself make me think he's starting to get truly competitive with himself to get right. I dont think he'll make it back for these playoffs, but I finally see some hope he is going to truly suprise people with how he comes prepared from this summer for next year. He's probably top ten favorite players to watch I've ever seen, so I hope he finally got this.
Pat will trade for him, get in his ear and let him know he has an opportunity to be the best player in the NBA, get his body in the best shape it’s ever been.
