Its 2023 and you are still helping people like me to begin on this journey. Cant wait to be able to create beats like that. You are awesome and keep the good work on those tutorials 👌
Man you just made my day... Even I was not sitting in front of my computer I was watching the whole video & understand the concept. All I need is couple of good sample packs & VST that you have and I’ll be good to go... Really appreciate this video
I know this tutorial is going to take me to the next level. Very detailed and given reasons why the sounds need to be a certain way. I've been stuck for so long not seeming to get anywhere but the same place. Thank you soo much!
I'm already quite advanced in making progressive house but for me its just really interesting to see how you're doing things differently from me. you explain everything really accurate and I love to see how you're start with making this track, I learned a lot from it!
@@eh5367 Hey, I started when i was like 14 years old. I started without any music theory at all. I learned it all by myself. I did in on my Ipad, which was called FL Studio Mobile. I was just starting simple by just listening to a lot of music. The first thing I've made was just some simple rythms with drum patterns, after that I started on learning how to make basslines and melodies. I learned a lot by trial and error but I also watched a lot of tutorials like this. But learning music can be different for anyone, I already had a lot of feeling for music and melodies but for some people it is gotta be harder, learning to play piano and watching these tutorials helps a lot.
@@eh5367 I am 21 years old. no there are bunch of good music lessons for free, just on UA-cam. the most important thing is what you gotta do is just start making simple beats and melodies and look up on how to make cords, all that stuff. Arcade giving an really good explanation. they explain a lot of basics. you can start on for that. good Tip is just start really small and simple not anything complex. follow the patterns of the cords, you can make melodies with the notes of the cords.
35:16 Always remeber that function lil bois, that's one of the useful ways of doing Vocal leads, soundscapes, pads, etc. and it just sounds soooooo nice, layer that on your leads and it will sound warm and cool, put that on the back of your drop as Arcade did and it will fill out so nice, use on other music sections as well, always be creative.
I just discovered your channel. One of the best part of all his videos are he tells you all the short cut keys. Thank you Arcade it is so helpful to everyone.
I was looking for this tutorial as I watched it years ago and it helped me a lot, kind of forgot everything and found it in my saved videos! Can't wait to get back at it again.
Thank you for Melodics! I just bought my first MIDI piano these days (Nektar SE49) to learn how to play. What a coincidence :) It is VERY useful cause I know nothing about playing piano. You are the best! Carry on, mate!
This is one of the greatest tutorials on UA-cam. I am a complete beginner and fully into making this Progressive House track! Keep up the amazing work Arcade!
It’s a pleasure to follow your video. You’re going directly to what is needed. I’m more a DJ than a producer but watching your video make me want to follow this path now. Thank you!
I am already good at progressive house but I have the confidence that I will improve after watching this video because I made my first future house track after watching your tutorial and it came out really well.
It is a great skill tbf but not really crazy, it’s like in the past when people could talk perfectly but not read or write the music theory is the same
Learned a few more things like you can change the EQ curve with the points option on the right of the parametic eq, i allways used rightclick, order and than mostly steep 8, your method is a little faster and looks more professional. And I never really used reverse rides, good tip, thanks a lot. But there are not enough tutorials for build ups, breakdowns, or verses or something like that, I hope you make something about it in the future. Before I watched the video I really hoped it was more about the classic progressive house stuff, but I like the big room sounding stuff too, just not as much.
Can you do future bass?? It’s my favorite genre!! I’ve learned more from you in the past 3 days with 3 of your videos than I have in the past year anywhere else. Love the videos!!
Thank you for always making easy to understand tutorials. Would it be possible to make a tutorial on arangement and also transitions from one part to another.
AAAAAAA😭 I was wait this moment thanks so much bro God blass you 💐💐 Can you make another video teach us how can we add a vocal to fit with music ? THAANK YO
