#Realtalk and so relatable itong video nato. I know other teachers teaching outside the PH can relate. I agree with Sir Arepee’s setting a routine. Make sure you do it sa 1st day, 1st wk and 1st month or else mahihirapan ka sa whole school year. Also establing rapport and adapting to the school’s culture are truly good points. Mam Michelle’s advice on acknowledging that its your fault the earlier you’ll get better is so #realtalk because our system in handling the PH won’t work to US kids and most are not applicable esp. behavior and culture. I like Mam Gui’s word on blaming others, so relatable and applicable di lng sa teaching career but also sa ating daily life. “You have to be reflective or else you will not last in the teaching profession.” Thank you wonderful teachers you’re a blessing to the teaching profession.
@@AlissaLifestyleVlog hi ma'am! I am planning to apply po with my spouse as dependents. If I may ask which visa po ang pwede sakin if I do not intend to stay there po? I also want my husband to work, he is a seaman po.
Thank you so much Maam Alissa and to our guests for sharing your experiences (good or bad) it was indeed very helpful especially us aspiring to work in America someday. God bless
Thank you so much Mrs gui for reaching us out and for giving this very helpful vlog bridging to the dreams of every Filipino teacher who truly loves their work in the Philippines but because of the financial challenges America is waiting with big salaries. Eventually live a meaningful and productive life.
Thank You for this very informative video Ms. Gui, Ma'am Michelle and Sir Are-Pee. I was inspired by Sir Are-Pee's advice na huwag matakot makipag communicate in English😁😁 Isa kasin yun sa kinakatakutan ko. I'm a preschool teacher for almost 10 years and Mother Tongue (Sinugbuananong Binisaya) kasi ang medium of instruction, hindi na talaga nahasa yung pagsasalita ng English.
Thank you for this vlog Maam Alissa. Through this I am able to gain atleast half of my confidence. For the past months, if me and my husband would talk about our plans for US, I felt like my heart will raise up to my throat 🤣

Yes thats true. Before pwede naman direct hire but may limit na ngayon. 5 lang pwede per district.
Yes Ma'am Allisa. May limit nga po talaga.

Thank you too! 😊
miss Alissa, the managing Partner of Visa to America said my spouse can work even if I am in H1B Visa.
well, apply lang then let me know. Basta in current law. hindi pwede
😊
J1 VISA TO AMERICA is offering me an H1B Visa , they are an Immigration Firm. any opinion po?
How can they offer kung walang school? H1b should be offered by a school district.
Hi Alissa, could you please tell me when is the right time to apply or will they keep on hiring through out the year.
So, what will you do during vacation? Can you still do tutoring?Additional income din yun.. or are you allowed to get another job?
No we are not allowed to get another job. Yes maraming tutoring opportunities during breaks.
Madam is there a requirement or demand for English teachers in US
Marami actually! Message me through my facebook page: Alissa Lifestyle Vlog
Mam pag hindi po pasado sa LET, pero 7 years napo nagtuturo sa private school pwd po kaya mag apply?
Yes
