It's on purpose. Completely. The governments and the pharmaceutical industries want people to be as sick as possible. Meanwhile cannabis and psychedelics are illegal even though there are thousands of reports of their profound ability to help people heal traumas and to better understand existence.
Better stay away from the devils lattuce and stick to the legal, taxed, stuff

Guy told me once he tripped on Benadryl hard, talking to people that weren't there. He said he had to walk somewhere and kept finding quarters on the side of the road wondering who was throwing quarters every where.
Later when he was sober he found his pockets were filled with rocks.

One time i took 20 pills which is 500mg and i went outside and all my neighbors were being crucified outside my house and saying "why would you do this to us" fucking terrifying

i can concur i tripped in my room on 15 pills don’t remember the mg, but i was talking to a friend, looked down and he was gone. started looking for my phone and would grab for what i thought was my phone and it would just be bedsheets. at one point a dresser was infront of my bedroom door with a friend standing behind it looking at me. 10/10 would not recommend

I knew a group of kids who did this WEEKLY while in highschool.. Even came up to me while shopping at Walmart and asked me if I knew how to get acid… This story sounds like it was posted by one of them lol I can’t believe this.

I used to be addicted to the stuff for sleep.. Tolerance builds quick so I started taking mega doses. That often came with a lot of fucked up side affects. Seeing shadow figures, hearing voices of dead people, feeling/seeing bugs crawl on me, etc,., Bad physical symptoms too. Body feels heavy and dehydrated. Urinary retention is also a big problem. This drug has no good recreational value. The fact that there's a whole sub for it says a lot about our society. People want to escape reality so bad they're willing to trip on OTC meds that will 100% give them a bad experience.
This reminds me of the time when I was in the hospital with the Flu, and they gave me Tamiflu. However, they gave wayyyyy to much of a dose to me, which gave me a similar experience to this. I saw spider scorpion cockroaches coming out of my IV and start covering me and all over the walls. I started to panic and I got up and tried to run out of the room and rip out my IV. To this day, I still have permanent damage from it. You’re also correct on the feeling of having no idea you were hallucinating. I thought it was my worst nightmare coming to live like in a Hollywood movie.

I knew a guy who claimed he was once addicted to Benadryl. He said he’d buy giant bottles from pharmacists and just get wasted.
in the uk Benadryl does not use dph, do i dont think you can get high from the uk Benadryl

Thing I hate most about dph is that it makes you feel god awful like can’t describe how it makes you feel but it’s awful it’s like you can like feel all your skin and it got tighter and for some reason it’s impossible to talk on it

I have quite a trip report. There was a night I took 1500mg, and figured I’d start a note on my notes app on my phone and sorta write down what was happening as I “experienced” it. Still have it to this day. The literal first thing I wrote was “I met Michael Jackson so that’s cool”. The whole “waking dream” feeling that was mentioned in this is very true, my little “Michael Jackson experience” was exactly that. I don’t know what I was doing before, but I remember Michael Jackson walking in my doorway and saying “hi, I’m Michael” and giving me a hug 😂. After that, I “came back” and I was just sitting on the edge of my bed. As if I was sitting there for however long, and had a waking dream. (Don’t ask why Michael Jackson was so prominent, I don’t even listen to Michael Jackson, let alone think about him. So I like to think he’s just the hat man, without a shadow 😂)

OTC Drug subreddits are fun to go through. Benzedrex, dxm, dph, nutmeg (lol), etc.
i did nutmeg once, that was a weird trip that lasted 2 days, extreme dry mouth for those 2 days made it not worth it. it felt like weed mixed with low dose mushrooms
DXM when used purely only with DXM is the least degenerate and best out of all of em lol

I at one point for about 3 real life days I was bed ridden and the only thought I had was that like there were 3 pieces of sheet metal, probably 6x6 with a hole drilled in one of the corners and i was trying to connect them with a key chain ring telepathically, for three days straight
DPH hallucinations are insane. Unless you go into a high dose trip knowing full well (and constantly reminding yourself) that EVERYTHING you see and experience is due to the pills, and not real. So you can keep yourself semi grounded. If you don’t do that, I could see someone easily going off the deep end. I used to heavily abuse DPH at around 1000mg a day/night (at about 120 pounds). And as I said, the hallucinations are insane. Undecipherable from reality. And as was said in this video, you’re delirious on top of that. So if you’re not always reminding yourself that it’s all because of the DPH, then you can easily lose it.
It's impossible to keep yourself grounded in that manner

Plenty of death and damage, but not as much intense thirst and overwhelming heat.
Made the idiotic decision to eat a few seeds when I was quite young because I heard from a friend that they could get you fucked up.

i work as an emt, we had a guy intentionally OD on 19grams of benadryl to try and kill himself. He called us about 30minutes after his ingestion, and it was pretty terrifying watching his decline right in front of us. We got him to the hospital quick, but the doctors said he was way too far gone. They had to restrain the poor guy cuz he was freaking out too much. We found out he eventually had a seizure and died later that day :/. Miserable way to go out.

well yeah those withdrawals can kill but no i’ve never taken benzodiazepines heavily and when i did i didn’t enjoy being more depressive on it so i have never been dependent on it or alcohol because im scared to kill myself that way
I’ve robo tripped twice and the experience wasn’t that bad I had taken around 2500 milligrams maybe more but all that really bothered me during that time was that half of my face had to be clenched up or it’ll feel uncomfortable and the robo walk other than that having a feeling of impending doom was not too fun
I have robo tripped hundreds of times and high doses send you to a difference universe fucking crazy I havent done it in like 13 years I dont like the feeling and isnt good for you

So I had no clue about this and my mom had bought me some sleep aid pills from Kroger. I was taking recommended doses 2 a night they were 25mg of dph basically just Benadryl. I was having the worst nightmares and finally looked it up and looked into it holy shit. I never did the 700 club or anything like that I used it as intended. Would wake up puking sweating cramping so bad I’m a male but I’d wake up with the stomach turning pain and it was awful do not do Benadryl,dph,dxm. Now I use these gummies that help me sleep made from herbs a brand called ollys. That’s my experience was horrible saw spiders on my bed shadows the whole 9 and I wasn’t even abusing it. Do not do it or try it.

Didn't ever work for me. I tried 750mg the first time after hearing about the hallucinations -- sounded like a horror movie so I was very interested. I wanted to talk to people that weren't there. Anything over 500mg is a high dose and should cause these hallucinations. It got me high but I didn't have any hallucinations aside from hours into the trip hearing a "dog" barking outside my bedroom door (we don't have dogs).
I was determined to see these crazy hallucinations so I upped the dose to 1g a few days later. I had to swallow 40 DPH pills to get there. Guess what? No hallucinations. It's a shitty feeling to swallow so many pills all for a shitty high. I'm giving up on it
The drug by itself does not make people hallucinate. Delirium in general tends to be a symptom of poisoning and is not very interesting even for the curious. It's not what people think it'll be like, it's just weird and shitty like having a bad dream but in real life while being physically uncomfortable the whole time. If it didn't work for you maybe your body just didn't let itself get poisoned, I don't know

dxm and dph are usually combined because dxm can make you really itchy and dph is an antihistamine so it makes you not itchy
i've taken 700mg before to join the dph 700 club and it was the worst mistake i ever made, it truly is one of the most terrifying drugs
when most people taken just dph they do it as a form of self harm, they don't do it because it fun (obviously) they just wanna fuck themselves up because they hate their selves, of course some people just take it because they wanna know what its like but those people are well.. dumb
