Just be not be that or that. Don't identify yourself with anything. Just focus on the feeling of pure beingness. In you essence beyond words or sensation. That what's is unpolluted. Free. That's your inner inners being it's the source of every manifestation. The soul behind the person (mask in Greek). Then understand that this part is always there and perfect so it can't be affected by anything. Then live free and manifest whatever you feel like.
That's easier said than done. Even while meditating I think "Breathe in, breathe out." I think with words. Attempting to turn off my thoughts is just me thinking "Stop thinking." I have no concept of what NOT thinking is like. I can just think quieter or less. I always notice something.
@@vsa6648 I think it's nonsense when people claim it's "just as easy as quieting your mind and stopping thought" or claim they do this all the time. I don't believe thoughts stop just like that OR that it's simple if you have SO MUCH momentum in that direction. And if you're me, there's a lot to think about. I have so many desires, so much to be aware of in my physical life. The concept of stopping thought only seems to pose the thought "stop thought" into my mind! lol maybe we'll figure it out...
Alan Tua Zenitram I think it’s actually a good thing bc when you sleep you release all resistance which is the whole pointy of meditation! It happens to me too . You’re just more naturally in sync with your subconscious need to unplug and restart momentum when needed .
Alan Tua Zenitram you’re welcome ! The awakening process happens at different times in people’s lives at different rates . Relax about that desire . The fact that you found Abraham is a very good sign you’re on your way to awakening but remember.. just like Abraham says “ you’re never going to get it all right and you will never get it all done “ . There is no such thing as enlightened retirement 😉 don’t think that any single human being walking the earth has it all figured out and never has negative feelings ever . They are perpetuating the false notion of gurus being the standard to follow . Follow your own inner guidance at your own pace 💜
There are some schools of thought that say falling asleep is a form of resistance, where the ego takes over. I used to fall asleep a lot and it used to annoy me. What I have found very useful is to sit upright in a chair NOT resting my back on the back of the chair. thIs keeps me awake. If I find that I am tired then I allow myself a sleep for a little while. However when I do my mediation first thing in the morning I do t fall asleep - the ego is quietest at that point and I find that easier. Also I focus on my breath rather than sounds ... I find that listening to external noises keeps me outside. Going “inner” by being mindful of my breaths helps me to connect with my inner being.
Purpose of meditation 🧘🏼♂️ is to allow your natural rhythm 🥁
I found what I really wanted
Thank you Abraham, Thank you universe
This is gold, Thank you my friend!
Much love to every being ♥

Great video, a must to listen.
Great answer from Abraham. If you recommend that we still our minds, why do you choose to repeat yourself repeat yourself repeat yourself?
Thank you, for asking this question.
Amazing video
Can anyone explain why I have a tendency to get sleepy or at times fall asleep at a certain point during meditation? Thank you
