    I got a master's degree in social work, and took a full semester of psychopathology and learned more in this one 10 minute video than I did in a full semester of classes. Thank you!!

    I broke my nose at 3 years old. Now, as an adult I think I'm having olfactory hallucinations. Sometimes I smell odors that others don't smell

      Sarah MacKenzie Thanks for the feedback and I'm glad you found the video helpful! However, you should keep in mind this video is aimed at 1st and 2nd year med students and I am not a doctor yet. This video just covers the basics needed to pass an exam and in the "real world" these conditions are much more complicated. So your doctor or websites that are specifically aimed at patient education would be much better resources for you

      I know, I've already gone to many patient oriented websites and talked a great deal with my doctor about it. I'm actually more interested in the sort of information your video was about at this point. Believe me I understand the real world conditions lol. I appreciate your concern though. ^-^

    How would you differentiate between schizophreniform and schizoaffective disorders?

    • @samtaplet6117
      @samtaplet6117 7 років тому +5

      Parbatie Ramsundar this is late but schizonifrum is when symptoms are present for at least 1 month but not more then 6 months. Schizoeffective is when you schizophrenia and a mood disorder like major depressive disorder or bipolar.
