We traveled from Washington State and Montenegro to Las Vegas to join our buddy who lives in Vegas to experience this show on Saturday night, April 2, 2023. Thank you for absolutely crushing this concert and providing an unbelievable musical experience for us. Our buddy, Brian passed away in August 2021... the original Foreigner fan, so this was kind of a tribute to the legend of our friend group. You blew us away and we are grateful!
Thank you for sharing. I was there, all three weekends, front row center, long back hair, yellow dress. Mick came out for the second part of the show almost every show. Tommy was there for the last weekend. Individually, all of these gentlemen are excellent musicians who pour their hearts and souls into this art. As a group, they are tight. They work their rear ends off to deliver a great show. I am an avid concert goer and Foreigner brings it. The videos never do the music justice. It is whole different ball game to be there. Come to a show and see for yourself. It is easy to sit behind your computer screen and be critical. Come to the show, rock out with them, and then judge. I have been to numerous of their shows and have yet to hear a single person come out of their show and not be in awe at what a great show it is. They don't need the all the fireworks and props on stage like others do. They don't need an expensive set with all kinds of displays. True rock fans, we don't need to see that. We are there for the music. We are there for the sound of Foreigner, be it whatever musicians Mick has hand picked to carry on the legacy. So, before you sit there and yell "cover band, cover band", I personally invite you to join me for one of their shows. Send me a message and we can talk about what show you would like to attend. We'll go together, and then we'll talk. Then, and only then, will your opinion be based on solid facts. If you hate it, well, I will respect that. But if you find yourself rocking out to their music like I do, then we'll go have a drink and celebrate! And BTW, I only drink tequila, straight, not chilled, no lime no salt, no bs. Just pure straight tequila. Just like no BS on stage, just pure straight rock like these guys play!
Spot on assessment, I got absolutely destroyed by friends for taking my wife, who is from Thailand, to see these guys back in July 2021 in Fresno, Calif. They are huge in Thailand, and sadly have never played here. With the farewell tour now being announced, we will be back to see them one last time. These guys as you described, are phenemonal live!

I agree with you. I didn't know who was with them and who wasn't, other than the lead singer. Mick can't play with them because of health problems. One of my favorite bands is Yes. I'm not crazy about replacing Jon Anderson but the last time they came, I decided to go. Though it wasn't Jon Anderson, it was Yes music and I enjoyed it. Same thing with this. I saw Foreigner many times with Lou Graham. They sounded great. I've only listened to the first 20 minutes so far and they sound great.
@@marty3888 Mick actually came to sing for about 2 songs in this show. First time I have seen him live but he apparently travels with them occasionally which is great. Honestly I would travel 2k miles again just to see them. They actually are really good is what I don’t understand all the trash talk. They stayed on our floor of the hotel and you could just walk by them and they didn’t act any better than just an average person walking by. I got a drumstick from Chris after his solo and ended up with 4 guitar picks. They are very personable. Bruce shook my sons hand and talked to him at the end.
Because people are assholes that rather bash the band instead of shutting their traps and going away. Its literally people who don’t have talent hating on this line up. Mick jones literally picked all of these guys to carry on his music.
@@kellyvaughn2989 I don't think it's everyone, I actually think it's the vast minority. Some people just can't appreciate the past and celebrate the present. No one would argue that Mick and Lou aren't legends. They are for sure but they're older. The trash talkers also don't know anything about Kelly, he's a professional vocalist, studio musician, and music producer. He does the whole diet, vocal exercise craziness and that's why he sounds so good. Everyone seemed to really enjoy the concerts I've attended because they are great! Nonetheless I would much rather have this music alive and well in 2022 than have it die. Foreigner is probably the best sounding 80's band right now.
I'll tell ya why there's so many haters..... when bands tour without original members and don't even try to replicate the parts they become a tribute band ....and there's nothing wrong with that until they charge hundreds of dollars..this old rocker has seen the original lineup twice including just after Lou's throat surgery (his voice cracked on white boy high note and was his last tour)...so glad I listened to this before I dumped $600 on the silver package farewell tour in Nashville......fukin painful..... predicting less than stellar reviews from music city......
For a Vegas show, I would have expected something more visually interesting. This looks pretty cheap. And they're doing the same setlist they've been playing forever. It's like they don't even try to learn any other songs.
GET RID OF THE DRUM SOLOS and ADD more DEEP ALBUM TRACKS...Attract more of the older fan base...even as cover-up act. Girl on the moon, nice one...how about AT WAR WITH THE WORLD, HEADKNOCKER, I NEED YOU, BACK WHERE YOU BELONG, LONELY CHILDREN, SPELLBINDER,I'LL GET EVEN WITH YOU...THAT WAS YESTERDAY...Come on...so many great other tracks they can add...really? this act is tired, revive it!!
with all the keyboard histrionics they do, why can't they just add TRAMONTANE to their setlist?? i don't get why they f///k around with garbage keyboard solos and waste time, adding a keyboard solo in Urgent due to the absence of a saxophonist...PLAY "TRAMONTANE" !!!
I love Foreigner with Kelly and these guy's they are fantastic 💖 I don't like all of the haters out there. They are keeping Foreigner alive. I guess all the haters would like Foreigner to die. I also love their CD Can't Slow Down 💖 it's my favorite Foreigner CD 💖. I wish they would do some song's from it. This is only my opinion. .💖👓🎤🎼🔥🎸🕶️🏍️💕
The only thing left of the original band is the logo. There is not one original member in the band. Maybe that's why you feel something is lacking. It's a licensed cover band.

We were there on April 9th and the show was Effen Fantastic these guys know how to entertain 🤟

How much was spent on the stage................? about $100. WOW. I've seen 200 seat clubs have far better staging.
