You had mentioned Joel's tour back in your September email while we were vacationing in Hawaii. We purchased his tour and had a fantastic time. Joel and his wife took us all around the Park. This was right after the eruption near the east rift zone. We found both Pele hair and Pele tears among rocks along Chain of Craters Road.
Thanks so much for the amazing fun day, and this opportunity to help your audience get the most of their trip to the Volcano! Sending your Audience my way is a huge blessing. Mahalo!
Planning my wife’s first trip to Hawaii😊 just picked up your Maui Itinerary …. It really does have so much useful information! Keep up the great work and can’t wait to see what adventures you guys go through in 2025 😊
Aloha Jordan, another fantastic video. This looks like a much better way to experience Kilauea than an even more expensive, and crowded, helicopter ride. Ranny
We've been to the park before when the lava tube was closed due to seismic activity or threat of rocks falling. It was a real bummer. It is a highlight and so easy to access. Thanks for watching, Joe!
I can highly recommend the Tuk Tuk Thai Food Truck in Volcano and we think it is better than the Thai restaurant you showed. We have been on some very informative ranger walks that started in front of the visitor center. That park keeps changing so it worth going back to if you have been there before. And check their website to see what is open and closed. By the way, that beautiful ginger is an invasive species.
We also like the Tuk Tuk food truck. We have showed it in other videos. We like to try and share new places that we like. The NPS app is also a great way to see the park and know where to go. So many ways to experience our national parks!
I'm not sure! I can ask Joel. The park is doing a lot of work to be improved, here is a list and schedule: www.nps.gov/havo/planyourvisit/construction-closures.htm
@@TheHawaiiVacationGuide February 17 is the published date. But I believe they will wait until the road and utility work currently in progress is complete.

We’ve been enjoying your channel! Loving all the eruption videos. Thanks again for the tour!
It was nice meeting you folks up at the yurt 😎🤙
Great shots here, we know the lucky feeling of catching a live eruption. Agree this is a great destination anytime of the year!

Can not wait together over to the Big island and explore. Love this video ! 🥰
We are heading back there again soon! Just booked a manta ray tour today!
@@TheHawaiiVacationGuide That's so good. Hope to cross paths one day, and looking forward to the footage of this next trip :)
Are there baby beaches on Maui and the Big Island? I know about the baby beaches on Kauai and Oahu. Traveling with tiny ones.

I did the Thurston lava tube. Great memories. Thanks for sharing.

I miss Hawaii
Same 💔 I've been visiting every year the last few years and it's not enough to just visit

Do we know when it's getting torn down ...visitors center?
