The simple reason for this is because the higher the graphics the less the cpu is used and the more the gpu is used so you don’t need as powerful of a cpu
For higher resolutions, the GPU starts to overtake the CPU as a PC's bottle neck in terms of FPS. For 1080, you could pair the 4060 Ti with a slower CPU, but your FPS would start to fall. For 4k, already the result is not great. You could pair it with a faster CPU, but your FPS will never increase, because the bottle neck is the 4060 Ti.

I want to buy the rtx 4060 16gb that comes out this month. Is an i7 13700f good for this at 1080p?
It will never come out
@@massoudwazir6389 but would it be a good combo?
@@emieldaems9967 just add some more and buy cheapest 4070...
13700 for 1080 really - u going 4090 for that😂 ? ( u can just buy i5 13500 and it will be more then enough)
Alternative is 5800x3d(and cheaper option) if u just need for gaming.
@@marcinkarpiuk7797 what 4090?
@@emieldaems9967 yea just i7 is way too much for that bad graphics card.. more appopriate for 4090 😋
personally, I've paired it with the "Intel Core i5-13600K", I think its great, no problem with it really..
i7 14700 pair with 4060 TI is fine or I reduce budget of cpu ?
Should i buy rtx 4060 ti ryzen 7 7800x3d and will it be bothelnecked
I’m gonna this GPU with ryzen 7 7700 (non-x) 😊

@@quentonc5806 yeah. I don’t want that combo anymore cuz ryzen 7 7700 is being 2x expensive in my country. So i switch to 5900x + rx 7900 xt with 2tb ssd (990 pro)
I have i7 9700. Can i pair it with rtx4060 or it will bottleneck severely?
