Hi, Sorry I didn't own pro1s, so I can not compare both. For colding phone I not suggest handheld fan. Because it's difficult to hold fan and phone both.
Ultra 1 has the stronger wind, if set to 100 power the battery will last around 3 hours, if normal use can last around 10 hours +. If you use it outdoors it's okay, but if you use it indoors you can hear the sound is pretty loud in a quiet room. Pro1s wind not as strong as ultra 1 but it's enough to cool yourself. Battery life lasts for 1-2 hours on 100 power. Sound ok to use in a quiet room won't disturb others. The battery life on both fans depends on how you use it. Ultra 1 has powerful wind + loud noise, Pro1s also powerful wind but not as powerful as ultra 1. For me that like to go camping & hiking ultra1 is very useful for me, I have both, but ultra1 multifunction use, blow dust, inflating, hair dry. If you just want to cool yourself go for pro1s.

The noise is the trade off for it being so powerful, i like the jisulife fan also slimmer
噪音在室外可以接受的，比另一把的细声好多好多。风力应该是目前最强劲的手持风扇。缺点1：灯没有大作用。缺点2：是持航力，虽然是9000mah, 风速定在40~50，只能持航3個钟。做工质感都一流，价格亦都有点贵。
