@@marthathomas2353 She is not old enough yet to compete internationally as a Junior this year based on ISU rules. She can start competing as a Junior next season.

She's not old enough. She needed to be 13 by July 1, 2018 to be eligible for junior (including Junior Worlds) ISU events this season and she was only 12 at that date.
