I have been looking for this album for many years I played the shit out of this album in my youth , thank you for uploading it and bringing back so many good memories I appreciate it .
It is my understanding that this one was always a limited, or rare, album. MGM had a Golden Archives Series orf recordings that featured various artists and each artist had his album contribution. If you will notice, the pictures of Hank Jr were originally used for the album Country Shadows.
That's really cool information. I didn't realize it but its a great compilation of his songs as well. A couple aren't previously on albums either if I can recall? I will have to look up more about the MGM Golden Archives Series though
