I dont know how people get these jobs becoz i have almost 5 years of experience in tech support and L2 support still the university wont even consider my resume. And trust me when I say this my resume is really good for these profiles. You are welcome. They can help but keep in mind that these job roles are very limited in numbers, so there is usually a lot of competition for these spots. Ideally having a good relationship with your teacher can help a lot. Hope you get yours soon.

You need to have a good relationship with your teachers. Their recommendation can work wonders. Personal experience in this. 👍

You have to count your own hours. As you work for yourself, you need to do your own calculations.
Just keep in mind 48 hours work limit still applies to you
