If you plan to uses fuses for Oxygen and Plants, you should put your tree spreaders closer together so that you can use an optimizer to cover 5/8 of them. Also there is a hidden recipe that can convert your golden seeds to Pleom seeds that do 350% oxygen in a tree spreader. Best you can get until you unlock the trade rocket or portal generator.
