Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
After hot till smoke .After that flame low.
Jeera - half spoon
Potato sliced - 2no
Cook& fry for 4min .u will see it got coating & cooked 30-40%.
onion chopped - 1big size
Cook onion for 1min
Garlic ginger paste - 1/2tsp
3min fry .aaloo cooked 70%
Haldi powder - 1/3 tsp
Lal mirch powder- 1/3 tsp
Corriander pwdr- 1/2 tsp
Mix all masala & fry for better coating for few seconds.
Methi - 1 bunch
Washed before cut to maintain nutrition
Methi cooking time - 2-3min
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Salt will remove water & methi will cook nicely
Cook for 2-3min
For more tasty
Chilli flakes - 1/3 tsp
Amchoor powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/3 tsp
2min Cook closed lid.
