So when asking about issues with what is going on as far as office culture that could be impacting the team. How do you approach this with it being controversial or making the situation worse
your question doesn't have to be about office culture. with time, you will figure that out. for context, your questions are surrounding about knowing more about the team, now if the members shares info about office culture with you then thats fine
