I totally feel yah buddy! I left Philippines (for Canada) way back in Oct of 2010. I've only visited once in 2016 for 3 weeks. I'm so happy about all these vast improvements in the NCR ( and even in other cities all over Pinas).
Dont worry today theres a lot of BIG infrastructure projects are ongoing constructions in Metro Manila side by side including the multi billion dollar Subway Train whch is connecting the 2 modern cities of BGC & Makati city and other modern cities of Philippines. Anyway the Philippines have already modern LRT & MRT trains, modern long elevated roads, modern skyways overpass and modern new International Airports.
Ang ganda. Metro Manila needs at least 2 supertall structures or a megatall skyscraper to really define the skyline. Tapos yung reclamation pa sa Manila bay ay abangan nating matapos. Love your channel a lot.

If the GDP per Capita improve 3x more than the current GDP per Capita we might be a first world country and the slum should be fix we might remove and give them a housing program and build a road for improve transportation in that area and boost our economy making our internet in our country faster could also boost our economy
Where is Filinvest City Alabang, Eastwood City, Makati Ayala Area? this is more of Ortigas Center and Guadalupe area, a portion of BGC, and Manila City only. This is partial of Metro Manila Skyline to be honest.
Sayang pala yung areas na pwedeng tayan ng mas natataasang building s in the future .naunahan na ng mga nag lalapadang subdivision sa mismong gita ng MM ...wala ng pag tatayuan ng malalaking gusalling futuristic design s ...sayang ..

Very nice. What we really need is a good mass transportation system and of course discipline.
Soon, 2 under construction of Subways, additional projects LRT, MRT and PNR, 2 world-class under construction International Airports and Monorail. 😊
