Hi, I just got the exact same motorcycle, even in black. 😀
I’ve noticed a rattling, like a vibration when revving the engine and shifting into a lower gear, exactly like the one you have from what I see.
In other videos, I’ve noticed that sound isn’t there, so I assume it shouldn’t be. Do you have any idea what it could be? Maybe you’ve already solved it by now?
I was thinking it might be the dashboard vibrating or that the chain kit needs to be replaced, but I haven't identified the problem yet.

Hi, check the chain tension (not too tight) and the condition of the chain in general (wear, lubrication, etc.). If everything is ok, then a little vibration during off throttle is normal (shouldn't go worse in time).
I recently test drove CBR650R with E-Gear and it rattled a little bit during off throttle as well and it was a brand new motorcycle. There is a lot of plastics on these bikes, so I wouldn't stress too much about it.
