My mother is having surgery done in a few hours due to her diabetes. All day I’ve been feeling like I’m drowning in “worst case scenarios” because she’s a woman of a particular age. I ventured UA-cam as a temporary escape & found this gem of a song (which currently is bittersweet to listen to). I may be an adult however, I’m not ready to be without my precious mother just yet.
Was the surgery successfully am curious 🥲

@@succmywood Thank you for asking. Yes it was very successful. All thanks to God’s guidance through the hands of the surgeon. In order to stop the infection from spreading, her left toe had to be amputated. I rather have a small piece of her gone for the sake of her health then to have her entirely out of my life.
BTW I’m genuinely sorry for the delayed response. The notification feature for UA-cam seemingly has a mind of its own… it works only when it wants to.
