Do you have a golden key?!
Used to, been meaning to buy a replacement Castle of Lions for the one I had as a kid for a while now. It's funny, often the key is included with the most stripped down castles because people don't realize (and kids forget) that it's hidden in a special compartment of the castle.
For what it's worth, the 1962 Gold Key covers to Doctor Solar, Man of The Atom #1 ("Solar's Secret" + "An Atomic Inferno") & #2 ("The Remote-Control Traitor" + "The Melting Point" + "The Night of the Volcano") were painted by Richard M. Powers.
Nope only got the Voltron Lion and Vehicle in my collection
That old Lord of the Rings toy commercial had me rolling when the Uruk-hai figure shot an arrow at Boromir figure, and he deflects it with his shield,and the kid says "missed!" That Uruk-hai didn't miss in the film! Boromir got all loaded up with arrows. 😂 I just love the idea of a kid unhappy with Boromir dying in Fellowship of the Ring, so he changed it in his playtime. Delightful.
People's simple generosity can be the most heartful of things. And seeing you receive the gold key for your Castle of Lions proves this. Thanks as always the toy hunt video.
Now you need to get a Iron Grenadier Destro with the GOLD head. Loved that guy as a kid.

I got a Witch King RotK figure a few years ago and love it. This was before the select line. Great figures, but the ToyBiz just has a style to it that feels nostalgic though I wasn't a collector then. It's a small enough line I'd consider grabbing it. Prices are nice.

This is fantastic! Don't get to see much Voltron collecting. I can feel that key in my hand (from my friend's castle as a kid, never had it myself. I do still have 3 helmets, for some reason: Pidge, Hunk, and Lance.)

I LOVED the Lotr figures as a kid! I had a huge collection, I even took some of them to school for show and tell once 😅I also have a core memory of finding Gollum hidden in a bush missing three fingers after my grandma's dog grabbed him XD
Unfortunately, I did end up giving them away to a family friend who was a massive fan of the movies, but at least they went to a good home. My favorite toy in the line was either the talking Treebeard or the Sauron with magnetic figures so you could recreate the scene where he loses the ring

10:00 went I got into sw in 1988 toy r us and Lionel play world still had a small Star Wars section with joes and transformers but 1989-1994 Star Wars it was dead

With my experience with dealing with many comic shops over the yrs , its unfortunate that more than likely that seller probably barely got paid what his Joe collection was worth!🤷♂️
Yesterday I was at work at Walmart I got the best deal with motu origins stridor I picked him for only $10 on clearance he was clearance for $27 but I waited until he was clearance for $10 I know that when he first came out he was just $32.97
Or you could walk into a Ross and pick up a Stridor on clearance for $4.99. Still, $10 is a good deal 👌

🙂Hello Pixel Dan, how are you doing?....i really enjoy watching u review the masters of the universe figures,...i have found a few of the some of the masters of the universe new eternia figures...and i have some of the masters of the universe origin...or the retro play figures..new for 22, by mattel brand....i would like to know how can i get the classic figures ....i have been online, and i have been to all the target, and walmart stores....and i guess mattel is done with the 40th anniversary addition anymore....i know that hasbro, is not doing the power rangers lighting collection, 30 anniversary of the power ranger for awhile....anyway i would so very appreciate it, if u have any extra's figures, u may not want......please let me know i thank you, from a fan.....🙂
