Yes, Hale & Pace can be clever and hilarious at times, and other sketches of theirs fall quite flat. They need to develop more consistency, but I will still watch them, as when they're good they're very good.

This was in the late 90's. I think they're pretty much retired and developing more consistency is the last thing on their minds.

Season 7 was alright but it was quite poor compared to all the other seasons, if you watch season 8-10 they are all hilarious again.
