It includes a separate deck which works as an expansion/clarifier deck to the Citadel deck (which is also included), and a separate book that works as an actual RPG campaign book for the Citadel city setting. Only 2000 of these special editions exist and they only have a little under half left. You may really be interested in it and may want to make a video on it.
