We hope you enjoy this review on the WEme USB 3.0 Active Extension Cable. This is a great for adding some space between your PC and your USB devices. ( 32 Feet! ) Thanks for watching!
Hey thank you for the video! I have a LOREX security system, and unfortunately wired everything a few rooms away from where I will be monitoring it. I thought a wireless mouse would work but the NVR recorder does not allow drivers installed from other mouses / USB dongle extenders... My question is do most of these active USB cable extenders work without the need to install drivers?
Do you have to have a cable for every device? You know, one cable for the printer, one cable for the mouse, one cable for the PC steering wheel or can I use a 3.0 hub?
Thanks for video, I think this active USB cable serves a purpose but there is still lag with the webcam, it would work in a pinch but even small lag with a Webcam gets very distracting. Other peripherals would be fine I'm sure. Thanks
You guys have any clue of my problem, I used usb 3.0 25 feet cable, only my Headset is not working… all the other device (keyboard, mice, microphone works…) Thanks!
I normally find it hard to believe any review when a company pays or gives free stuff away for a "valid" review. 😃 😃 Is this cable a booster too? I have a Logitech H800 headset with a USB nano receiver but when i get 12 feet away from my PC my headset cuts out, losing signal from the nano. Will this cable boost the nano?
I guess we have the same problem. I ran 25 feet cable and only my headset (steelseries Arctis 5) is not working. Every other device is working. Did you find any solution to your problen?
Hi there. Will a 5 meter usb extension cable work ok in my car usb port to extend the electricity supply only to my night vision binoculars (and of course, I wouldn't be able to use the power adaptor)? The binoculars take 6 giant batteries otherwise and they run out after a couple of hours! But I'm not sure if it's possible to run this from the car (with it running, of course). I don't really need it for data transfer, so thought that maybe it would be ok just for extending the electricity supply. Thought I'd ask before buying. Poised over the Amazon button in my cart, awaiting your reply! Cheers
I don't have a qualified answer for the power issue. It might work but I wouldn't bet on it. You could buy it and try it. If it doesn't work return it.
Hi buddy, I see you are a musician, me too, do you think this cable would work ok sending audio and midi from a laptop to a digital mixer like behringer x air 18. Thanks
That's a good question. I think it would but I can't say for sure. I don't have the USB extender anymore. I gave it away a few months ago in a channel contest. But I would think yes. You play guitar?
my comment is a question. can anyone tell me if 2 of these cord🗼s attached together will peform like the single unit does,if so can more be added at least up to approx 100feet. thanks to all and stay safe people.
Where you put the charger into the cable? I see the cable is cumming with a power charger but you say nothing about the power supply that cable needs. Thanks!
I just bought a USB extender that looks identical to yours but mine is made by Unitek. I was using it to power my Logitech Brio webcam. Here's the problem. I think mine is backfeeding power to the pc because the pci-e usb hub it was plugged into died since using it. Never had a problem with it before using the extender. Now I'm paranoid to even use one at all.
I haven't had that issue. It could be that particular product. Not all extenders are made the same. I had an issue with picture freezing during zoom calls but I had the extender connected to my PC case USB and when I switched it to my mobo USB I zero problems. Maybe switch USB connections to see if that helps. Keep me posted and thank you for watching.
Why don't you show how it hooks up and the power supplies needed. You just basically say it works. How about showing us hooking it up. I really did not get anything fro m this video. Sorry, but a big thumbs down.

Do you have to use the power plug in or is it optional?
You need to use the power plug.

Power plugs into the box. Sorry I didn't mention it.
