And as the copycat mental shows; if one person does it and wows the media, then more people will try to repeat it, but with a little extra. A guests slips, falls, and get injured, the Cannes organization gets hit with the lawsuit, and becomes responsible for the medical bill, pain, suffering, and lost wages.
