All I need to know is there going to be another solitaire book like a part 2 or something I finished the book rn and I need another one like, I need to know what happens to tori and Michael did they get hurt in the fire, are they gonna be together
finished this book a few minutes ago definitely worth a read, I actually got to meet Alice because she came down to Durham waterstones for a signing today
I came across Heartstopper when a few of my friends started talking a lot about the Netflix series. Curious, I really wanted to see what the fuss was about. And it did not disappoint! The show made me laugh, it made me cry, it made me angry that people like Harry Greene and Ben exist in real life and I even learned more about my own sexuality. Although Charlie, in terms of school, is very relatable, I could relate a lot more with Nick. He was confused who he liked and so was I. It was nice having characters who are just as confused, yet curious about the LGBTQ+ community like I did. And quickly, I became part of it :D After I finished the series, I knew I HAD TO read the Heartstopper graphic novels and my God, it was a great experience. As I want to be a writer, I'm happy there are people like Alice Oseman who represent people in the LGBTQ+ community like real people. And I'm so excited for reading more of her work. Currently, I'm reading Solitaire. I knew, of course, it's a different theme to the Hearstopper series, but I personally don't mind. I like different types of themes in books :) I know this comment is really big, but, thank you Alice Oseman. You've helped me and a lot of my friends throughout troubled times.
and now she’s a best selling author with a tv show adaptation of heartstopper. i’m so proud of them wtf :(
