This is really impressive, I am into same line of business, but the degree of high tech machine I am seeing is out of this world to me, from the digital imaging to automated clinical cutting and edging!!!!! Bravo, I wish this is in Nigeria. Kudos to your efforts

interesting... High pressed water or polishibg with water are the ways to cut and make smooth of the serface! maybe one of the reasons why using water is to resuce the heat from friction heat.... and cheaper maybe?...
I noticed that the origine stone is natural one ij the clip but I would like to know the possivility that we can make the sythetic stones with additional compounds of other processes. if we can, we could save more product and make cheep ones.... Im not the professinal but interresting and many ideas come up....

Remember to test your stone countertops and stone floors for radiation.

Also check your concrete blocks, televisions, smoke detectors and many type of nuts, bananas and potatoes for radon gas. This is a very dumb comment since countertops don't contain as much radiation as you might think.

Probably cause they use a lot of high end machines with minimal labor. You have to have an insane amount of volume of work to justify having all this. Most shops have a single saw table and an edging machine. The rest is done by hand with an angle grinder and air polisher. I personally didnt like the reinforcement process. You're not supposed to cut all the way through the end of the counter.
