Any1 know what to do with the extra wires ? On a traditional 2 way there's 2 live wires that go into L, then then there's the L1 & L2 ?
Do I just close off & dead end the xtra wires . ?
this switch has L1 & L & N, if your wiring without N line, you can choose single live line switch

Hi, this is a ZigBee series switch, need to link ZigBee hub
to answer my own question, in case somebody else needs to know/to clarify BSEED's answer - 2-way will (most likely) not work when zigbee is down. At least I could not find if/how to allow zigbee "binding" of 2 switches. I wanted this for still having working 2-way switch in case zigbee is down. In case you want that, the only feasible solution I found is either keep your old 2-way switches & add one of the zigbee modules that go in between the switch & light, or, to have "similar" style of switches in your home - the mechanical 2-way switch (47mm physical button) is the only solution from BSEED that will work with zigbee modules. The capacitive "touch" glass modules with only 1 wire between 2 switches will not work with at least the zigbee module I have tried (GIRIER Tuya ZigBee)
@@stanislavsimko5560 Yes, the ZigBee switch requires a linked gateway.
When the gateway does not work, the ZigBee 2-way switch will also not work

Ha ha... this is marketing, "normally this does not happen". This is a bit ridicoulous concept how Tuya is solving 2-Way an you dear BSEED still follow this stupid concept.. The 2-Way function should work even if Zigbee network is down... this is so simple to add to your devices... see below.
Currently, the only 2-Way Zigbee switch I know that can work without Zigbee network is Livolo, which has also 2-Way-cable terminal, to connect 2-Way switches into 2-Way circuit. And supringsly... BSEED has also 2-Way switches with 2-Way-cable terminal but these switches are just without any network connectivity (no Wifi or Zigbee). Now, if BSEED Zigbee switch had 2-Way-cable terminal it could be paired/connected with the other simple non-Zigbee switch over the cable and everything would work even without Zigbee network. Single Zgibee switch in circuit (working as master) would send/receive signals from Zigbee network and the other would switch (non-Zigbee) be just slave (but slave beeing able to change the state of paired master ZIgbee switch). Then If Zigbee connection is down then the 2-Way function would still work because the switches would be connected over 2-Way-cable terminal like on this tutorial.

Addiitonaly.... it would work flawlesly in Zigbee2MQTT (without Tuya), which is very popular project in smart home community.
Please BSEED, abandon stupid Tuya pattern of "Multi Function Association" and implement Livolo concept - connecting Zigbee switch with other non-Sigbee over 2-Way-cable terminal. This would give you so much advantage over competition! So much value to the users, worth hudred-thousands in sales
