Hi, Congratulations and Nice to have you here. You can apply this year because the scholarship is for next year. If you get the scholarship you are likely to travel by August for DAAD EPOS scholarship, or by April for DAAD Helmut Schmidt. Check if timing works well for you.

@@rameeshaishtiaq DAAD EPoS starts with a two months German course that begins by 1st August, 2024. Check the deadline of the program you want to apply to know if your IELTS results will be ready by then.
At this initial stage you are submitting all your documents to your institution i.e. University of Bonn. The school will now review your documents and nominate you to DAAD for a scholarship.

Yes you can. But use the method I used in the video because it will make your document to be neat. After filling, you print and sign the document.

You need to print it out to sign manually. Then, you scan it as a PDF and submit it together with your application documents.
