This was the song that was on the PlayStation insider demo disc, I don't know how many times I played this before I decided I needed to buy the game regardless of how much I had to search for it.
I have played and BEAT master on the PSP version, but uhhh, scraped by. Its definitely super fun, and the PSPs controlls are a little easier to use for me
Except for the first boss, the bosses of Gitaroo Man are bosses any video game boss can draw from, since they all make you fight them on THEIR terms and THEIR territory.
If I recall correctly, Mojo King Bee was voiced by Kaleb James, who also lent his voice to other great rhythm games like Bust-A-(M|Gro)ove and Elite Beat Agents. The Gitaroo G emblem resembles the G's in the emblem of Gideon Gordon Graves, from the Scott Pilgrim comic series and movie. Bryan Lee O'Malley may have been inspired by Gitaroo Man, given the thematic similarities between it and Scott Pilgrim. It's not like the franchise isn't lousy with video game references already.
I remember playing this level on a demo disc I got in Playstation magazine. I knew right away this game was unlike any other and I've never played another one like it again.
Man, the music in this game is over the top insanely good. When I played this I thought it was a nice simple thing between my hardcore games, but over the years I've realized I never forgot about this game and it's music. Smooth AF
I played this demo non stop when it came in that Playstation magazine... I made my friends and parents watch me play like I was really performing... They loved it! And I miss it, I gotta get this game so I can play it for my kids then they can call me lame and then eventually ask to play too 🤣🤣 may favorite song of the Game!
Memory unlocked: great times playing this stage in the demo and competing with my siblings on who can finish it first... None of us did lol, this is my first time seeing the ending.
This could just be the single best gravillian warrior. IT'S JUST A GUY IN A BEE SUIT. Makes it even funnier he's the one enemy you pretty much see die on-screen.
Spencer McGeehan to be more exact: at the time of these recordings, these were handmade TASes (AKA going frame by frame). However, I no longer need to do that. *Thank you C++*
@@sonicfind you should have totally lied and been like “Yeah, after long training days up on a mountain, grueling routine, and having nothing to eat but berries and oats, I did it.” 😂😂😂
even when played perfectly you cannot escape the eternal horror of the "you win" lady
The way how she says "you win", "Aww, you lose...", And "Oh yeah!" Is just... Somewhat suggestive.
@@MidnightThunderKid "Ooooohhhh gitaroo man!"

Same! Hahaha! We wore out our copy of that disc playing that demo. Such an underrated and absolutely amazing game.
I remember getting my hands on that disc, and just marveling at the demo. This theme was stuck in my head for weeks.
My siblings and I would challenge who could get the farthest on this level in the demo.
Watching this makes me wonder if there's ANYONE out there who has actually beaten some of these stages on Master with no misses and 100% greats.
I haven't even passed this on Master, I still get stuck on it. Truly a rhythm game that takes some time to master.
I wouldn't get 100% greats but I'm confident that I got a no-miss clear way back when.

I beat master.... did not get 100% great on anything lol. This games so good tho.... I bought this game cuz of a demo lol
No 100% greats, but I did some no misses on master some years ago!
This and Flyin to Your Heart always been my favorite songs.
Agreed. That being said, this game's whole soundtrack is straight fire.

Real ☝️🤓

Honestly the best song in this game. I can’t wait until I become Mojo King Bee. Dream cosplay.
We need a sequel now!

I completely forgot about this stage except for the ending part. That was my favorite as a child.

One of my favorite songs in the game
Thanks for taking the time to archive these

I see you are a man of culture as well!
Bee Jam Blue is amazing
When the interplanetary overlord sends a Bumblebee Hitman after you.
I have totally forgot this game existence, i just remember some screenshoot in specialized magasine
Man this takes me back

the music is sooo damn good!!

Is that a terminator reference when he falls into the pond?
I've been using this video as reference for a Mojo King Bee sculpture I'm making.
This bastard killed me so many times.
Love this song!
There’s no way on earth you hit ‘great’ on every note legitimately on every song. It’s simply not possible
See the word in title “[TAS]”
I played this demo so many times. I still kick myself in the ass for never buying the actual game
I hated the bears banging on the trees... Why was this added?
DAMN. What are you!!? That was beautiful.
TAS, so he wasn't playing but he did program the computer to play it perfectly

this game needs a remake or remaster for current gen consoles
Strong Persona vibes in this one...
You bodied this.
Whoa
この曲はどういう音楽ジャンルなんでしょうか?ジャズ?
It's sort of a jazz / funk fusion
ジャズとファンク!
