Historically inaccurate, the TWI programs were not abandoned after the war, the government stopped funding the program so it continued privately. The order of implementation is incorrect as well. The starting point is Job Instruction, next Job Relations, then Job Methods. Job Safety was developed in England after the war. The American staff refused to develop a job safety program because the job safety was built into the job instruction program. They wanted safety to be part of the job, not an add on program.
