I could be wrong but I think the props are constant speed, and that low pitch sound is the pilot altering the pitch angle of the prop blades. So that low pitch noise is the sound of the prop biting the air as the pilot makes adjustments.
@@BosworthMcG that's my favorite thing about the saabs is when the plane sounds normal and it just goes to a different pitch then back up to sounding normal again
