henna is pretty amazing unless you want to change your hair colour. Other than that henna is almost like dyeing your hair with olaplex. and it doesn't fade at all. loving my henna, I never had a more vibrant and natural red.
I agree. I dye my hair with henna and everybody is suprised when i tell them I am not naturally red headed.
+venushalley when you reapply it, do you dye only your roots or all of your hair? I have only dyed my hair with henna once so far. But I believe the consistency makes it hard to work precisely

I apply it to the whole head, because you need to keep it on for quite a bit and keep it warmish.
the mixture should be of the thickness of cake frosting, then it's semi-okay to work with.

+ALBUMOF2008 Why would it make you feel insecure? You don't go to a stylist because your hair is perfect. You go to get it fixed. Usually, you already know if it has split ends or chemical dryness, but yeah, he points it out because it's a video and because he wants to draw attention to how the products he uses help to improve the hair's condition. Since these videos are aimed at other stylists, by and large, that can be useful information because the client is affirming that the products are working.
+unadormilona I'm not being specific in which stylist I'm talking about here. He seems to do it too which is why I left the comment. Sure it's his business his YT so I don't really care but literally every hairdresser/stylist I have been to just loves to makes their client feel shitty lmao. Like I'm sorry but that's just my experiences with it. But lmao if someone replies like "not alllllll stylists" but istg I know that there are plenty of wonderful and amazing stylists lol it's not like they're taught in beauty school to be assholes to their clients. It's just that I have noticed that a lot of them are very good at lowering their clients self esteem... Even if they have absolutely no intention of hurting anyone's feelings.
