I just read The Will of the Many by James Islington, and I liked it, but...it felt very familiar. Let's talk about the comparisons to Red Rising and what the book does well otherwise. It is a terrific fantasy with a strong flavor of Ancient Rome that is sure to be a hit with many.

But I think the trilogy as a whole is better the The Will of the Many
Red rising was just super enjoyable it’s like a good action movie with memorable characters
