  • A walk around the N-scale T-TRAK layout on display at the Springfield Train Fair on March 13th, 2022.
    Modules were contributed by both the "Mississippi Valley N Scalers" and "N-Scale of Bloomington-Normal".

    The arch was a really good idea.
    It is good seeing a younger person running the trains.

      We have a couple of club members whose kids love to run trains. Even my kids got into it today! A couple of us were also letting some interested kiddos control our locomotives for a while. I love getting them engaged!

      It's a speedometer! I have reached out to the club member who brought it for a more detailed explanation of how it came to be.

      It was actually built by a couple of our club members! It uses an Arduino Mega, 4 IR sensors, and the LCD display. It's still in the "prototype" phase.
