Nice bike. I got my CF7 two weeks ago. It comes with the same aero cockpit and DT swiss wheels. That hole you mentioned has a ruber grommet to cover it. Mine was missing that too, I contacted them and they sent it to me. They have a great costumer service.
Thank you Mike, yes agree customer service really good, I did the same and have sent me a few rubber grommets too 😊
I bought the Canyon Endurace CF SLX in 2017 and looking at the site, I was advised as a small too. I'm 178cm, so I contacted Canyon with my measurements and they came back to me and advised a M. Perfect fit I would say. Negatives... the seat post letting in water and rusting the seat post adjust bolt, the rubber sealing the seat post where it enters the frame perished - I contacted Canyon and they wanted me to send the bike back for repair! I explained I'm a bike mechanic so they agree to send me the part, however it seems thee part is epoxied into the frame with no safe way of removing it, so I live with it. Keep the rear axle greased... mine seized in and took some force to remove it. Other than that, can't fault it. Thanks for your review.
Thank you mate will keep an eye on them problems maybe take seatpost out and maintain it more than I usually would 😊
Finally some nice weather Dave (after the wettest early spring i can remember) you really have a great bike there mate. I had an epic Peak District ride today, the hills really took it out of me, but as I'd struggled in eco for the hardest 1st half of the todays journey, i then had 66% battery left for the 2nd half, so i used Sport for the last big climb & still had 20% left at the end. Not bad for over 50 lumpy miles in the Peaks at all. 😁
Yes mate beautiful ride this morning, sounds like a fantastic ride mate 😊
@@LakeDistrictcyclistyes it was great, left at 7:20am, so it wouldn't take most of the day & my little boy misses me. I certainly had to take loads of fluids onboard in the heat. Hopefully we could ride out to Castleton together one day?
@brookes79 sounds good mate, yes I was out at 7 myself 😊
How, what camera did you use to record all this, great quality and info by the way!
Thank you that’s kind of you, I use a DJI action 3, brilliant camera 😊
I bought the same bike and it is excellent. Even the wheels it comes with are pretty good. The only thing I would change is the stem to maybe a 70mm.
Agree absolutely love it, thank you for watching 😊
Hello,how told are you for choose a m size?Thanks
Hi I’m 182 and have a inside leg of 77 so have seat at lowest height 😊🚴
i would not take sizing advice from you. your bike is at least 1 full size to big if not 2.
I did say use the canyon size guide 🤷🏼♂️
