I came into the Doors update with a mindset that a few things would change. I am so happy I was wrong. From the new door opening sounds, to the new animations and especially the updated Door 100. I love how we have a kind of mini boss fight now instead of just pressing buttons, I’m actually kinda glad they did considering originally you could just run past Figure, no sense of urgency or fear. Now you have to find the buttons with Figure prowling for you. That’s horror. Also Figure’s panic run when the fire starts is just down right funny. The music brings everything together as well. If this is what LSPLASH made us wait for, I think I can speak for everyone when I say Floor 2 is gonna be well worth the wait.

This update feels like a bunch of updates that should have been released over time stuffed together in one huge update. It really feels like a completely new game.
For the "Rock Bottom" badge, those who completed it before Hotel+ no longer have the badge because LSplash deleted the original badge. However you can still equip the badge in the lobby without doing the new requirements.

I just hold my crucifix out while collecting the circuits??? Ig??? And then once I get to the part where figure gets set on fire, I put the crucifix in the rift before doing the puzzle.
For me the hardest achievement I ever got was Two steps forward, because I was continuously turning, and my friends already reached the other room. So, then glitch came and teleported me to them.
Halt tip: just walk backwards dont look backwards while walking and just walk forward if he appears in front of you just walk backwards no need to look backwards trust me he wont get you Eyes tip: if hes behind glass/a wall you can look around freely just dont enter the room he is in
Yes on Ambush he makes like a howl and you have about 7 seconds before he does it again and ambush is the fastest entity in the game or not because he gets you 2 rooms before he kills you
The music when you beat the game in the elevator is so good plus its such an amazing cutscene. and for some reason i love the music during the seek chases lol
I just beat doors today. I was about to pee my pants. I was 1 hit away from dying and I didn’t have a candle so on door 90 I always had to go near a closet to see if rush was coming. Thankfully I made it tho-

Okay, there’s something I have to complain about. The figure was rapidly approaching me, and was blocking a closet, preventing my escape, while I was crouching and trying to get into said closet. Obviously it didn’t work, but what do I do in situations like those? It made me waste my group revive, trying to get the A-1000 badge. P.S, to survive avoid Dupe in case of forgetting the door numbers, you can just listen to the growling behind it.
This is a late comment but you can hide behind chairs as well! As long as he can't sense you. Figure is blind so he can only sense you moving. Hide behind chairs or the gap in the crowded staircase where you would get the coding paper.
Figure is very blind! Meaning he knows the layout of the library pretty well. Most surefire way of not being detected is to keep a piece of the environment in between you and him, like walking around a pillar keeping him behind it from your point of view. Best tip I can give you is he basically has a set patrol around the area. He won't walk right at you unless you're in his path, or if you make a noise. For example, you know the bookshelf you first see when walking up the stairs in there? His patrol doesn't go behind it. To be safe though, I always squeeze behind the chair on the other side. Also, on the other side of the upper area, there is a couch with a huge little nook behind it. You can basically chill behind there because even on the occasion that he checks behind the bookshelf there, he really can't reach/sense you're there. It's usually where I chill after I've found all the books and am trying to decipher the code. Hope this helps~!!
also another tip for encountering glitch is if your in a group and they have pasted more than ten doors and your ten doors past behind glitch will spawn and teleport you to the group thats how i got my badge and theres a rare chance that you will get the ''it stares back'' badge.
He sometimes does voids job void comes when the next player enters 5 doors ahead you can tell when they opened the next door because every door they open ahead you get faster until void comes kinda does glitchs other job for him
Longest and hardest badge is A-1000 - the only one I need. I don't know how people have patience with this badge, because it's very hard to get it and you need ALOT of training and learn the mechanics.
Expert Mechanic is the hardest one because In the rooms you just have to know good strategies and know the mechanics of the entities. It's "hard" because it takes a long time.

Tips Dupe has a growl so go near the door not too close though and if you go to the wall left or right to the fake door you can see the void with the black room Seek on the 3 doors look left if its not there move right then turn to you direction And when on the hands just go left right left the fire doesnt kill you but the hands do and you cant crouch under the hands Timothy and snare cant kill you but they can lower you down to 1hp like the fire on seek chase Rush before he comes when he is really close to you he will start screaming Ambush doesnt make the lights flicker he will make a howling sound and you have a couple of seconds before he does it louder and kills you Ambush comes twice really fast and he does it like 3 times Eyes just look on the ground Halt dont turn around just move back and forth in super hard mode or any modifiers on halt turn around he will be faster Figure door 50 search for 8 books every time you collect a book he goes faster once you collect all 8 books grab the paper on the desk on the left side then decipher the code like this the number next to the shapes tell what place the numbers be so heres a example 2 triangle 4 hexagon 6 circle 0 square 5 pentagon 7 diamond 9 star 1 X Ok now if the shapes were like this triangle star diamond pentagon and circle look back at the shapes and see what they were equivalent to so the answer would be 29756 When you complete it make sure everyone made it through if not they will die Figure door 100 keep lockpick and open the door on you right before you switch the lever if not do the heartbeat minigame or find somewhere else to go after the beat stops playing start searching for fuses you need 10 after that play the puzzle you dont die if you fail but after that rush to the end at the elevator but if you dont have the key its on the crate in the elevator and dont mind putting anything in the rift downstarirs but jf you put the big potion from the backdoors you unlock a golden rift Greenhouse keep a candle but the only entities that come are screech rush eyes and snare the candle detects a entity but if you have no candle youll have to rely on sound cues at door 97 use vitamins and flashlight for snare Crucifix if you use it on figure or seek it doesnt work making the crucifix red it doesnt work because they are the two strongest in the game and yes seek is stronger than glitch

No offense, but You didn't say how to do The out of may badge correctly. Not the case for Seek anymore. Rush can spawn in the room with seeks eyes. But, if it is a long flicker, then it's the entity called Halt. I'm NOT GONNA EXPLAIN WHAT BE DOES. He did.
One time I got to the end but figure was glitched on the ceiling for some reason so it was easy. I think it was because I used a lockpick on the door with the game and I was not suppose to do.

For me the hardest achievement I ever got was Two steps forward, because I was continuously turning, and my friends already reached the other room. So, then glitch came and teleported me to them.
Your lying when one person completes halt glitch doesn't come it teleports you to the next room still giving you the badge
Halt tip: just walk backwards dont look backwards while walking and just walk forward if he appears in front of you just walk backwards no need to look backwards trust me he wont get you
Eyes tip: if hes behind glass/a wall you can look around freely just dont enter the room he is in
Better Eyes tip! As long as you're looking straight down, you can actually walk right through him, he only cares if you catch a glimpse.

Some of these were recorded before hotel+ but seek was recorded when auto crouch was avaliable like ambush. Ambush now has no flicker lights.
Yes on Ambush he makes like a howl and you have about 7 seconds before he does it again and ambush is the fastest entity in the game or not because he gets you 2 rooms before he kills you

I just beat doors today. I was about to pee my pants. I was 1 hit away from dying and I didn’t have a candle so on door 90 I always had to go near a closet to see if rush was coming. Thankfully I made it tho-

Okay, there’s something I have to complain about. The figure was rapidly approaching me, and was blocking a closet, preventing my escape, while I was crouching and trying to get into said closet. Obviously it didn’t work, but what do I do in situations like those? It made me waste my group revive, trying to get the A-1000 badge.
P.S, to survive avoid Dupe in case of forgetting the door numbers, you can just listen to the growling behind it.
This is a late comment but you can hide behind chairs as well! As long as he can't sense you. Figure is blind so he can only sense you moving. Hide behind chairs or the gap in the crowded staircase where you would get the coding paper.
Or, just turn away and try to get away from him.
Figure is very blind! Meaning he knows the layout of the library pretty well. Most surefire way of not being detected is to keep a piece of the environment in between you and him, like walking around a pillar keeping him behind it from your point of view. Best tip I can give you is he basically has a set patrol around the area. He won't walk right at you unless you're in his path, or if you make a noise. For example, you know the bookshelf you first see when walking up the stairs in there? His patrol doesn't go behind it. To be safe though, I always squeeze behind the chair on the other side. Also, on the other side of the upper area, there is a couch with a huge little nook behind it. You can basically chill behind there because even on the occasion that he checks behind the bookshelf there, he really can't reach/sense you're there. It's usually where I chill after I've found all the books and am trying to decipher the code. Hope this helps~!!

also another tip for encountering glitch is if your in a group and they have pasted more than ten doors and your ten doors past behind glitch will spawn and teleport you to the group thats how i got my badge and theres a rare chance that you will get the ''it stares back'' badge.
He sometimes does voids job void comes when the next player enters 5 doors ahead you can tell when they opened the next door because every door they open ahead you get faster until void comes kinda does glitchs other job for him

Longest and hardest badge is A-1000 - the only one I need. I don't know how people have patience with this badge, because it's very hard to get it and you need ALOT of training and learn the mechanics.

Expert Mechanic is the hardest one because In the rooms you just have to know good strategies and know the mechanics of the entities. It's "hard" because it takes a long time.

2nd: You have to guess all correctly.
3rd: A-1000 can take an hour to complete, while Expert Technician just 2-3 minutes.
Both badges are easy as hell. It takes a few tries to figure it out, you need to know a couple of tips and that's it.

Tips
Dupe has a growl so go near the door not too close though and if you go to the wall left or right to the fake door you can see the void with the black room
Seek on the 3 doors look left if its not there move right then turn to you direction
And when on the hands just go left right left the fire doesnt kill you but the hands do and you cant crouch under the hands
Timothy and snare cant kill you but they can lower you down to 1hp like the fire on seek chase
Rush before he comes when he is really close to you he will start screaming
Ambush doesnt make the lights flicker he will make a howling sound and you have a couple of seconds before he does it louder and kills you
Ambush comes twice really fast and he does it like 3 times
Eyes just look on the ground
Halt dont turn around just move back and forth in super hard mode or any modifiers on halt turn around he will be faster
Figure door 50 search for 8 books every time you collect a book he goes faster once you collect all 8 books grab the paper on the desk on the left side then decipher the code like this the number next to the shapes tell what place the numbers be so heres a example

Figure door 100 keep lockpick and open the door on you right before you switch the lever if not do the heartbeat minigame or find somewhere else to go after the beat stops playing start searching for fuses you need 10 after that play the puzzle you dont die if you fail but after that rush to the end at the elevator but if you dont have the key its on the crate in the elevator and dont mind putting anything in the rift downstarirs but jf you put the big potion from the backdoors you unlock a golden rift
Greenhouse keep a candle but the only entities that come are screech rush eyes and snare the candle detects a entity but if you have no candle youll have to rely on sound cues at door 97 use vitamins and flashlight for snare
Crucifix if you use it on figure or seek it doesnt work making the crucifix red it doesnt work because they are the two strongest in the game and yes seek is stronger than glitch

No offense, but You didn't say how to do The out of may badge correctly. Not the case for Seek anymore. Rush can spawn in the room with seeks eyes. But, if it is a long flicker, then it's the entity called Halt. I'm NOT GONNA EXPLAIN WHAT BE DOES. He did.

One time I got to the end but figure was glitched on the ceiling for some reason so it was easy. I think it was because I used a lockpick on the door with the game and I was not suppose to do.
