I came here back again to address PLEASE HAVE MORE EPISODES IN THIS SERIES. This series made me fall in love with your channel! And I’m so sad you only have 2 episodes, These episodes are so fun, feels like we’re together shopping with you! Love how your choices and collections, also the footage of bookstores! Please continue this, would love to watch it! Makes my daysssssssss♥️
@@manishm5300 yes! you can read the six of crows duology without having read the shadow and bony trilogy. i personally liked the soc duology more because the story line and the characters were way more fascinating but i would recommend both
I’m currently reading dune, but I’ve seen the move multiple times!! It’s soooo good!!! The book focuses more on sci-fi and that stuff, while the movie focuses on more action! I love it!
Nancy Drew was AMAZING! I had half the series because I got my mom's collection of them as well as a few new books!! Also, Six of Crows is AMAZING!!! It's so heartwarming!!!
I would definitely pick up Dune! I'm about 200 pages in rn and I love it, you kinda get hit with new jargon but Frank Herbert does a good job at immersing the reader and of explaining the functions of all the new things really well. You get context for everything quickly and it's been a fun ride so far!
If you like some funny romance books I would recommend “Let it snow” It’s a really cute book with three stories that are interconnected. I am not sure you would really enjoy it but it was a 4/5 for me
This has helped me so much, I usually stick to what I know when I comes to bookstores so it’s nice to see some other places I can branch out to in my area
i recommend you to read the shadow and bone trilogy first before six of crows, cause there are spoilers of the trilogy in the six of crows. but it's still up to you
Eleanor and park is one of my favorite books. I think maybe little humans in middle school shouldn’t read it but high school is totally fine. I think it shows the worst and the best in people, it’s an amazing book, you should definitely read it. Love it, re-read it every year.
I love Ali! She is just like me! Becauseeeeee she doesn’t look for too many booktok books and just reads the back and sees if it is interesting to her!
I loved dune and the audiobook is soo good and makes it sm more atmospheric! It focuses a lot of mysticism, environmentalism, politics and religion if ur into that
i kinda clicked on the video by accident and i'm so happy to have ended up there. also, where'd you go bernadette has my heart, just seeing it there somehow felt like destiny to me :') (+ the movie with cate blanchett was AMAZING.)
Dune is absolutely worth the read, but it is hard sci-fi and heavy on politics so I had to discuss the book with my fiance while reading it in order to fully comprehend it since he had already read it. I'm not usually into sci-fi at all but it's one of my favorite books of all time and the 2nd one is even better! 👌🏼
I always say Barnes & Nobles too. For me, it’s because where I come from in the Midwest we like to add an ‘s’ onto certain things lol - Barnes & Nobles - Krogers - Meijers
oh my GOSH me before you has to be one of my favorite books of all time. it read it in a day and loved every single moment of it. such a beautifully written book and an absolute 5 stars for me
omggg i live in Round Rock tx!! I go to Half price books sometimes but they never have the books i’m looking for so i usually go to Barnes and Nobles to get my books lol
I love your channel so much I would love a part 2 to the 24 hour reading challenge! You should also make a book recommendation video! I would love to add I tried the 24 book challenge unfortunately I only made it about 5-10 hours but I honestly had a lot of fun but it’s hard to stay focused if the book isn’t so hooking.
Where'd You Go Bernadette is sooooo good. I haven't seen the movie yet but I've been meaning to watch it. Also, I just finished The Sentence - also good! Recommend that as well
Your library is also my local library. Not only did it used to be a movie theater, but a scene of Dazed and Confused was filmed there in the parking lot. Also, the director of Dazed and Confused (Richard Linklater) lives nearby, and he also directed Where Did You Go Bernadette? !
Song of achillies is on my book shelf and im so excited to read it but as i have no self control i think i am going to get and read six of crows first as i have heard that you can read it before the shadow and bone trilogy so yeah very excited! Love your vids so glad i found you!!
The Black Pearl book store looks so cool! Wish one was here in California. BTW, I’m a new subscriber! Oh, yeah, I’m a big half price book store fan! Yes, we have one near me in California!!
Hello!! Dune reader here! I've just recently finished reading Dune and I would totally recommend it if you are willing to commit to it. For me it was a bit difficult to follow in the beginning and by watching the movie and looking to the glossary in the back helped me a TON. By the end of it I was engulfed by this crazy story of cultural, political, and religious events in the world of Dune. Loved it very much ❤
Where'd You Go Bernadette is a great book! I watched the movie first, loved it, then decided to read the book and though it's a bit different than the movie, it's filled with so much humour :) Would absolutely recommend!
maybe you have already said this in a different video, but how do you decide what books you're going to buy and which ones you'll get from the library?
There isn’t always logic to it 😅 butttt I typically like to own series, books with pretty covers (to put in my bookshelf or on my coffee table), and books I’m really confident I’m going to love so I can re read those again if I want!
Would defiently recommend reading the shadow and bone triology before reading six of crows. As otherwise six of crows will be much harder to read as you won't understand the terminolgy as well, you don't have to but would 100% reccomend.
you should definitely do a reading for 24hours part 2
Yesssss! I plan to do that early February :)
@@JustAli yay!! so excited!! thank you!!!

SIX OF CROWS IS SO GOOD!!! you can also read the shadow and bone trilogy before reading this one! :)
Six of crows duology and shadow and bones trilogy are both different, right?? I'll be reading 'em so that's why I asked..
@@manishm5300 yes! you can read the six of crows duology without having read the shadow and bony trilogy. i personally liked the soc duology more because the story line and the characters were way more fascinating but i would recommend both
@@m1lanameow Ohh! Alright, thanks!
I love that you utilize your local library. That’s definitely something I want to start doing more of.
“Song of Achilles” is definitely on my reading list. About to start “Hour of the Witch”. Hello from Round Rock! 👋🏼
I just bought last Wednesday can’t wait to read it!!
You should try reading a book series in 24 or 48 hours depending how big it is! Love your videos!!
I’m currently reading dune, but I’ve seen the move multiple times!! It’s soooo good!!! The book focuses more on sci-fi and that stuff, while the movie focuses on more action! I love it!
The ruthless elimination of hurry is so good! Literally life changing!

I love BookPeople. Every time I'm in Austin I spend time there. In fact, my daughter who goes to school in San Marcos was just there yesterday!
me before you is my favourite book for 6 years now and wow I'm so excited what you'll think about it!🌻💛
If you like some funny romance books I would recommend “Let it snow”
It’s a really cute book with three stories that are interconnected. I am not sure you would really enjoy it but it was a 4/5 for me
@@crimson4664 I read it for Christmas too!

eleanor and park is soooo good! Read it a few years ago, might have to pick it up again!
“normal people” is so good!! there’s mixed reviews abt it but i am halfway through and love it already.
I lovedddd Me Before You!! I just finished it in December so I have yet to watch the movie but I'm really looking forward to watching it soon
This has helped me so much, I usually stick to what I know when I comes to bookstores so it’s nice to see some other places I can branch out to in my area
I loved Nancy Drew as a kid too! That "Pretty Little Liars" book is cool; I have watched the show but have never read the book!
Me before you is my all time fav book! So good!

Out of Darkness was a great book. Powerful and a bit tense, but good.
Dune was really hard to get through in the beginning, but it was sooo good at the end! It literally took me a month to read it lol
