Did you already edit the form? Try using form to email instead. It's a simple way to create a form, and this really fits the bill. The best part is that you don't have to use any code.

This is not a dependable form. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Went back to add some input boxes to the form and now it doesn't work at all. Thanks for your help anyway.

Click "Essential Add-Ons", then go to "Elements" Search "ninja" --> Activate and then don't forget to SAVE CHANGES at the end of the page :)

Not sure it is helpful 10 months later, but you must go into the elementor addons, and in elements, activate ninja forms
Creating form will not cretinous a page. You have to create a page and then add the form widget.
In this video, he has created a page called CONTACT.
Didn't work for me. Just ended up with a blank square.

I know with the pro version of Elementor you can have a popup after submission. Maybe try a redirect to a thank you page instead?
