the part about refresh rate always hurts, especially when I think about playing first tournament on 60hz against people on 244hz XD

@@lemonwjb9739 look in your monitor settings in windows to see if you have your monitor refresh rate set to 60 because sometimes it's not set to 144 out of the box

do not keep texture filtering at linear..
yes that setting impacts your fps a bit, but
having texturing filtering at a higher setting will increase your clarity by a lot
but beaulo uses linear 👀

Most people use linear. The FPS drop is pretty substantial.

the windows setting actually helped alot thank you sooo much subbing for sure
Texture filtering only affect your fps only if you have ancient hardware or intel int. If you have modern card with not a lot of v ram, this setting makes the low quality texture more bearable.
At least put it on 4x

texture quality is not effected by your ram but your vram which is linked to your gpu

hey I need help when I play on the dx11 r6 I get 160+ fps but when I launch the Vulkan version the fps are catastrophically low (we're talking about 10-15 fps). I looked everywhere but can't find an answer for this.

vulkan makes my fps lower by 20-30 is it because i have a series 700 nvidia gpu?
vulkan depends on the grafik card vulkan is better for amd and dxd3(dx11) works in most games better with nvidia in. r6 is in comparison a new Vulkan version and dx11 is from 2009-2013 thats why vulkan running better. If it was dx12 then it could be better on nvidia to use it. And lod(Level of detail) and light? its just that 3d models have another model with less poligans further away.
When Vulkan got out, I had more fps and less drops with my 1060 6gb back then. Now, it's worst on my 1070ti, probably works like supposed now haha
for the refresh rate in display settings i cant change it its just stuck at 59.94 hz but there is many other options

so nowadays game mode is ok on windows 10? because it used to cause many problems back then. I had it off. 1 more question for anyone knows...1070gtx running on vulkan with high settings 170hz screen and about the same fps with g sync on. No probs but i have nvidia reflex on + boost and i get 100-150ms gpu lag on metrics. I think its too high. Any solutions?

hi, when i try to look after the game en graphics settings, in doesnt appear anywere, i tried looking for it by clicking on open file location after right clicking on the shortcut at my desktop, then following the same path in the graphics settings, but only steams appears ( i didnt change any file location during installation, all default) yesterday my game started getting only 30-45 fps(used to get bewteen 60 to 75), no driver actualization, no changes on settings, checked temperatures, all ok. the only thing i noticed is the GPU value on the screen provided by the game, doubled in value, from 15 at the lowest to 25-30. also the gpu clock speed is staying only at 500mhz from 1300 mhz that used to hit when run normally. system ryzen 7 3700x, 16gb ram at 2966mHz, rx 550 2gb, game installed on ssd. non component showing overheating, non drivers errors. also putting on high the priority of the game on taskbar didnt change anyting, and tuning the gpu performance automatically neither. pls help xd.
if u have a nvidia gpu maybe try going to settings, then graphics, then graphics qaulity at the very top, then if u see NVIDIA Reflex low latency, then put it on "on + boost" i did that, and i went from 20-30,35 fps to 150. if may not work but maybe try doing that

the problem i have with vulcan is that the fps are capped to 60 no matter what i do. Even if i set the fps limit to 50 it still has 60 fps.

never turn off the outlines if you don't want to accidently teamkill.
True fact I see better without the fluo outlines that obscure my view.
The problem with them is I see friend everywhere, even insides walls.

yea but i have a problem with my pc, my cpu is a bit out dated and i have a rtx 3070 so im bottlenecking so i have to tweak my settings in weird ways
for me raw input changes the feel of my sense alot, dont know if on or off is better
on is better, its more responsive
Leave this on in every game. This disables mouse acceleration. With raw input off your aim will never be consistent

you have to put down the texture filtering :D (the gb are not important, i played one 1gb and had the same fps on 3 gb vram :D)
