Dr Ashish, I hope you would reply. I will sit for PLAB1 exam next year. My goal is to become a dermatologist either in Australia or UK. I'm now a licensed doctor in my country. While studying for PLAB1, is it better for me to gain experience in skin clinics or should I prioritize to have experience in the ER?

Focus on general clinical skills but go for more courses/ research in dermatology.
