That's a MASTERPIECE. Chance wrote an awesome song !!!! I still have to hear this in person. They didn't sing this at the April concert, but it's got to be mind-blowing in person !!!
This isn't a music video - it's a mini-movie with terrific singing, harmonies, acting & Adam's crazy beatboxing! Chance is such a talented song writer and apparently he's always been fond of sea shanties. Tim said that when Ubisoft called wanted a song, they knew just who would write it. Thanks for playing this & your comments.
Great reaction! We've been waiting for this official video by Home Free for awhile now. It felt like watching a movie. Home free is so talented & they can do any genre of music. Chance loves sea shanties & he wrote this song for the game "Skull & Bones". His deeper voice sounded great for this song. And of course all the background harmonies of the guys including Adam's fabulous vocal percussion.
Now you've seen the movie, pass the popcorn! Chance's pirate shanty has reached another level with this costume drama (don't you just love the girl-power?)! In my day we would call the wide screen "cinemascope". It's come full circle (or rectangle) in the digital age. Well done, Home Free!
Now they're great actors too!!! Is there anything these guys can't do better than any other guys out there? Of course, no, NO! An instant epic classic!
When Home Free released their "Sea Shanty Medley" during the lock down and it went viral, the game company Ubisoft saw it and was so impressed by them that they reached out to Home Free and asked if they would be interested in creating an original song for their game (which was in development) Skull and Bones. Of course they jumped on that and their one and only sea shanty enthusiast, Adam Chance stepped up and wrote this master piece. Ubisoft introduced them and their song at the Summer Game Fest along with the lyric video which is what we had until now. This video incorporates elements of the game into the story depicted in the video. Well worth the wait, love it and your love for and reaction to our boys. Looking forward to what they have next for us. Glad you got to go see them live and had such a wonderful time. I am content for now sitting at home and watching all the great reactions available on UA-cam.
This reminded me of a movie trailor....Love the song...Chance did an awesome job writing it. The Guys sounded so good. Thanks for reacting to Home Free.
That double bass...whew! I'm so proud of Chance and the guys for this song. Perfect for the video game. Thanks for the Home Free reactions. I would love to see you react to some of their " From the Vault " behind the scenes of making their music videos episodes. I love the " I Like the Sound of That " one but there are many fun ones they have released to the public.
Play the vid all the way through the credits. The girl character is “Marianne” played by Claire Glassford, and young Marianne by Kate Kilclough. Nice reaction. Really liked your reaction to Marianne, especially at the end. I was right there with you!
At the end of the video there are credits listing Home Free and the other people in the video and the Characters they are playing. No lie, I was excited to see the guys listed in the credits! LOL
Hi Miss Samantha Scottie here. That is such a great video, don't you think.thdnks for the reaction, nothing but love from your far away Buddy here in the US❤

Okay, but did you like it? Seriously though...who's the young lady? I think we're all aware HF is not above a little nepotism when it comes to casting, but I don't recognize her...maybe she's the one playing the guitar? I feel like I'd know if I were more in the know.
Why would she be playing the guitar when Adam Chance is a brilliant guitarist??? What you refer to as "nepotism"is using wives, girlfriends, relatives and friends in videos because it's more fun. They don't get paid, so it's not very kind to use a word that suggests that people they know are getting work in preference to others. If you want to know the woman's name, the credits are at the end of the video.
@@patriciamcl54You may have read my comment as more serious than intended. I really like that HF have family, friends, and the occasional producer in their videos...it makes them that much more fun once you know who's who. Nor do I wish to impugn Chances guitar chops. I just didn't recognize the young lady, and since this piece has instruments, I speculated she might be involved.
I'm so proud of Chance!!! I love u Home Free!! I've heard it live too!! It was incredible!
