I just watched some of your videos. Holy shit you are fast. I do not know where to get an APM addon. What I did for this video is just watch the digital keyboard and count the presses. However I have seen some other gunz players with an apm counter, there might be a addon somewhere? I would ask gunz www.reddit.com/r/gunz/
The difference is that with OSU you are learning patterns. In GunZ situations change depending on the enemy (team). Which makes 700 APM a lot more difficult and different in style and patterns. Nonetheless both games are hard as hell at high levels
Not sure how this applies to gunz, but I don't think that you necessarily need a super high APM in high APM games to be great. Granted, a lot of times high APM can be associated with a very technical player, but usually in my experience your APM will mostly be dictated by your playstyle, the flashy and super techy players will usually have super high APM, and the more cerebral, strategical ones will have lower APM because they're focusing more on other aspects of the game. Neither playstyle is invalid, and neither is better than the other, what makes games like these so cool is that usually both are completely valid ways to express your skill and time spent on the game. Of course this could be different with Gunz, but inform me if I'm wrong.
Everything he's doing serves an actual purpose, he's basically shooting, dodging, animation cancelling and blocking all at once. You really should learn more about the mechanical aspects of the game.
@@nicksosicc not my point, mostly meant that there are people who only use the practical stuff and there are people who choose to go that extra mile and do flashy stuff. Or at least, that’s kinda what I thought might be the case in this game, are there players who go for really crazy hard stuff, and people who just go for practical stuff to prioritize strategy?
@@gamewarrior9107 Ye this the shit I love in these games, like he still has technical movement but he chooses to prioritize being on target and hitting shots. Player expression is so cool in this game
Lol that's cute. I remember playing like this if I justed wanted to show off. In an actual high end setting you'd see nobody play like this on inter and ijji gunz. Farming frantic high apm moves is really fun to do but any above average player would've adapted to you REAL quick, because between the nonsense your movement is actually very readable, especially your offensive movement. You'd be dead 3 rhs in playing like this against actual high end players. But hey people still stroking their egos more than teens stroking their shit on the daily in gunz, so at least some things don't change it seems like. Folks if you want actual skillful high end gameplay where it's not some random trying to race the apm counter with k-style, but actual high level of aim baked into k-style then watch some top clans from the ijji days. Names that come to mind are Arashi, Magicians, B2B, Sparta... Been a couple years so I'm super rusty on all the good games and memories and I'm sure there were many more. Many also just disbanded their clan and made new ones as soon as they lost one to keep good stats and shit, so many clan names had the same high lvl players in them. So yeah do yourself a favor and watch some of the aforementioned clan names or manually look for ijji gunz clan wars footage. Not this pretentious shit lol.
