Maybe Green Parrots Or Alexandrine Parrots Can As That Is Their Nature With Strong Beaks and methods. whereas Other parrots like cockatiels and lovebirds or even conures would not be able to surviv outside for more than a day

My parrots started crying so badly that we all got alarmed that something is wrong with them. When we saw, the cat was sitting on their cage and was trying to hunt them. They were saved only because they were in cage. Hope you have got your answer. Inside the house they always remain free. P.S. My parrots are rescued parrots. They can't survive in the wild. So I give them as much love, care and protection as I can.

If or whenever an outsider parrot tries to go near them or to be one of them, they all attack that parrot and injure it so badly that he dies. I have spent my whole life observing them. Their life is ruined the moment they are out of their nest (due to some human or natural action). If a human can rescue them and protect them being a human, he should. Even if that needs to put them temporarily in cage for their protection from the predators as they also need to take fresh air from outside as we humans need. And knowing that they would be killed by the predators and still taking them outside without a cage will be the most foolish thing ever as handtamed parrots are NOT well trained in protecting themselves because they are not trained by the guidance of their parents for the same. Rest as I had already said...no real human would ever want any bird to be kept in cage...but sometimes it becomes a necessity. And one thing more, hand tamed parrots feel safest with their human parents and consider their cage as safe as a human feels inside one's home. That's another reality of parrots. Whenever they are scared, they themselves run inside their cage immediately.
Very nice and intelligent bird. I know lots of people keep them in a cage all the time but I don’t know if you do or not but I want to suggest to let him be out of the cage and let him live in your house. I have a parrot and he has his sleeping cage and all but never is locked inside he is able to fly and sit around wherever he likes.
