How i would like to be there in Graceland celebrating the birth anniversary of our beloved ELVIS. To imagine that he rode though that area, got in and out several times, was happy in that home. How many wonderful moments have gone to the saúde of his family, i miss him so much, something i never experienced, i only saw in report. I've been an Elvis fan ever since I was 8 years old, I'm 59 now. I've always wanted to visit Graceland and see where Elvis lived and died, but not anymore. When Elvis was awarded the Presidential Freedom medal at the White house and Lisa Marie or Priscilla didn't bother to show up and accept it on behalf of Elvis and his fans, that did it for me. The disrespect that they showed to the fans who spend their hard earned money to buy all kinds of Elvis products, memorabilia, and tours to Graceland, etc was the last straw for me. I for one will not spend a dime to fatten up Lisa's bank account. It's sad to see that they have ruined in my opinion the memory of Elvis. It's not about the fans anymore, it's about the money. I will continue to listen to my Elvis CD's and watch my Elvis DVD's. I will continue to have my fondest memories of the greatest entertainer in my lifetime. Elvis made me smile, Elvis made me laugh, and Elvis made me cry. I will never visit Graceland, thank you Lisa Marie.

Thank you as I did not get to see this on the day. Yes I wonder why none of his family were there. But as someone mentioned we don't know what is going on in their lives. However they are all rich enough.to have hopped a plane, attended the event and returned to whatever it is they were doing. I guarantee Elvis woulda done it for them. 😥
I think maybe they like to remember their own personal memories of Elvis on that day. Getting involved with the fans and traveling instead, kind of takes away from that maybe. Lisa and Priscilla are probably the only ones that have a lot of money, who knows about the rest of the family? Maybe some of them were there and just weren't acknowledged because they aren't famous. I guess a lot of the ones us fans would recognize are dead by now.
I am late watching this but Happy 84th Birthday to the King. My late dad was 85 years old in May. Lost my dad August 2016. Daddy's girl along with my twin sister. He was a Elvis fan but loved Johnny Cash too. He would play the song Boss man in his truck in his later years and my son, his grandson got a kick of that. lol

Hello sir I'm a 54 year old fan not only of Elvis but of you and your youtube Channel, you and your channel where one of the inspiration for my wife and I coming to Memphis for Elvis's 84th birthday. the only thing I believed that would have made it even more of a memorable trip , is if I would have had a chance to meet you sir and watching this segment I can't believe how close you, I and my wife were and I never got the chance to thank you for all that you do I don't know if you remember seeing a old hip looking couple standing just out side of the tent beside the speakers to your left I had a tan sweater, black hat and black pants my wife was in blue I know its hard to really notice any one particular person when you are trying to video Elvis's birthday Proclamation.. like I said I can't believe that I was so close to meeting one of my favorite people.. I want to say that you and Elvis are one of my many Heroes,and I know hero is too strong of a word but Elvis and you are the inspiration for this trip. hopefully next time I come to Graceland I will have the opportunity to shake your hand maybe buy you dinner but most of all I just want to say thank you for everything that you do .
